• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast served at Jardim buffet restaurant is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 15 floors and there are 3 lifts for guests.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only our suites have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have 18 non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, 2 telephones are availble in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Free Internet access is availbale in all bedrooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, at the Villa Rica Spa. It is open from Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 21h00 and from 09h to 18h on Saturdays and it is close on Sundays and during holidays.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, hotel has a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Portela/International Lisbon Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Entrecampos.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Villa Rica Spa is set on the 5 floor, you will find there gym, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. All services are free for our guest.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our hotel has 3 restaurants: the buffet - Jardim Buffet, The Executive - Ouro Preto and the Coffee shop - News Cafe.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
