The hotel offers a choice of breakfasts that are served to guests in their rooms and there is also a wide breakfast buffet available in the dining room. There is also a restaurant that offers traditional Portuguese food, however this is only available for group bookings and not as a normal service. There is a bar and lounge area with comfy sofa chairs and there guests can enjoy drinks and some hot or cold snacks as well and there is also a lounge away from the bar.
 
There are seven conference rooms on offer with options to combine some of the rooms to make larger rooms. The rooms are very flexible and can seat varying amounts of guests in different ways and are available for meetings, seminars, parties and banquets. The conference rooms come fully equipped and can be catered for with snacks and drinks.
 
The large marble hallway houses the reception area where guests can find a 24 hour front desk that has multilingual staff. There guests can use internet facilities via Wi-Fi and browse newspapers. They can offer a range of services such as laundry services, child care services, safe, room service, computer rental, and currency exchange and car rental. The nearest metro station to the hotel is Campo Pequeno 500 metres away or alternatively guests can catch buses 44, 45 and 90 to reach the city centre.
