If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. EXCEPT: 28.1.-1.2.12; 16.-20.04.12; 6.-11.5.12; 19.5.12; 21.-25.5.12; 12.-15.6.12; 24.-29.8.12; 15.-21.9.12; 21.9.-7.10.12; 7.-10.10.12; 22.-25.10.12; 12.-16.11.12. cancellation has to be done 30 days prior to arrival otherwise 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
