The Aeroporto de Lisboa or Portela Airport belongs to the neighbourhood of Santa Maria dos Olivais, only 12 kilometres from the stairs that lead to the York House. The journey from the arrivals hall to the front door can be covered by car or any of the taxis awaiting passengers, or by bus.
By car
Once you leave the airport, take the first exit at the roundabout and get on the E01 Segunda Circular towards "Campo Grande/Eixo Norte-Sul". Head towards exit 6 and after a roundabout, continue along E01 towards "A2/Sul/Sete Rios/Hosp. Sta. Maria", as the signs indicate. Take the exit towards Belem/Alcántara/P. |
