• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per night, per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  From 8h30 until 10h30 a Gourmet Continental Breakfast is served on the Living room, we offer you fresh squezed orange juice, coffee, milk, tea, cereals (corn flakes/muesli), fresh bread, butter, ham, cheese, fruit jam, yogurths, fresh fruit salad and selection of portuguese sweets.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Each room is equipped with individual AirCo system that is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The remaining/balance amount of the total (50%) should be paid in cash at Check In.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Portuguese, Spanish, English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has a total of 3 floors, Zuzabed is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building, as a double house. The main door (only acess to the B&B) is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Being honest with all my possible future guests, I can tell you all my guests found the rooms very romantic, confortable and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels and they are included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Terrace Castle Room has a terrace shared with Terrace Garden Room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Home Garden Room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the 4 rooms are non smoking rooms. All the B&B is non-smoking. It is allowed to smoke only at the balcony's and terrace. Never inside the house.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are equipped with LCD flat screen with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room is equipped with individual AirCo system that is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Included in the price you have free Wi-Fi Internet access in case you travel with your own laptop. Otherwise you may use our laptop for free with Internet access in the living room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are three public parkings in the area only 3 minutes walking distance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the Marqes do Pomabal Square or Rua Castilho Street there are several Rent-A-Car offices.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Lisbon Airport - 10/15 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  For your comfort, we can provide a transfer service for a maximum of 3 persons (3P) and minimum of 2 (2P). This service has an additional cost.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Rossio(Sintra Train Line) - 1 minute walking and Cais do Sodré (Cascais Train Line) - 5 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Zuzabed does not have a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  We do not accept any pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Included in the price you have Free Wi-Fi Internet access in case you travel with your own laptop.
